Antique Chair Find - GLORY

Its been awhile, my deep apologies for all 2 of our readers.  However, I have been compiling a list of things I would like to do to the little green house in the upcoming months.  Some tasks are daunting, but I think we can manage to scratch a few off the list.

This list is in no particular order.  I made this for you Tom :-)

-Paint bathroom door.  We painted to bathroom but got tired after the door, this one needs to happen soon.
-Paint entrance and bedroom hall.  The question is which color do we pick???
-Do SOMETHING, ANYTHING about the hideous light fixtures throughout the house.
-organize the basement...yikes
-Finish curtains for master closet.  The upper storage does not have doors.  Quite unfortunate.

In the meantime I thought it would be delightful to share my new favorite thrift store find.  These little wonders were waiting for me in Sara's second hand furniture.  I'm no furniture expert, but I can tell they are antique based on the quality of materials, light ware in fabric, and chair style.  I spotted them from the road, pulled over and looked in the window.  I was certain they had my name written on them, and by George, they did for $100!!!!

Here is a picture from the thrift store.

Here is how they look in my living room!

I put up some pictures on the over sized window ledge to make it feel like home.  All in a days work...very satisfying.

And just in case you were wondering, that is a window I made into a coffee table.  Well, Matt made but my brain conceived the idea.  No big deal.
